Principal agents Jim Martin and Delbert Turman have almost 70 years of combined insurance industry experience. Jim has worked in insurance for 40 years and Delbert close to 30.

The 10-person staff sells insurance, handles claims and provides excellent customer service every day. The staff collectively has over 150 years of insurance experience and works hard to maintain a high level of insurance expertise. Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Messiah College as well as the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. Delbert also attended Messiah College and obtained a bachelor’s degree in marketing. He holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.

The agency makes its local community a priority. The agency principals are active with a variety of local organizations. For example, Jim is a board member of Calvary Fellowship Homes and a Leadership Lancaster alum. Delbert is a board member of Messiah Lifeways and a past president of the Pennsylvania Chapter of CPCU.
